During this consultation we will give as much advice and information as possible about your space. If you sign up with our service on the same day of the consultation the consultation fee will apply towards your package.
Payment is due upon presentation of invoice.
E- design consultation is available for the same price.
A detailed questionnaire will be emailed upon request. You will be required to take measurements and photos.
This includes
Consultation fee of $250 which will give you a detailed assessment and report with suggestions should you wish to proceed on your own.
Does not include the purchase of materials or furnishings required for the project.
For full staging services the package includes hiring of furniture and accessories and styling services. It is based on a vacant property, does not include cleaning or removal costs for existing furniture or repair work that may be required.
The period of hire is 30 days from delivery. Payment is due monthly or part thereof, and is due upon presentation of invoice.

An initial design consultation including paint color selection and specification for interior surfaces and exterior surfaces.
A paint schedule is supplied and used to document the color selections and recommendations on the type of paint to be used.
Prices: $100 for consultation plus $50 per room.

A decorative redesign of a room within your home, with flooring, color selection, and furniture.
The package price is based on three meetings and includes:
1. Initial consultation on the premises to discuss your style preferences, detail the changes you would like to make and to establish a decoration budget.
2. Second meeting for the interior designer to present the decorative design concept to the client and to confirm the design direction.
3. Third meeting to present the final design including the specification of inclusions within the design.
As part of the package, you will receive the following:

This package is great if you prefer a design guideline for you to follow and implement at your own pace.
Please note that wall art and accessory selection are not included but can be added at an hourly rate of $75.

We charge 10% of the total cost of project including furnishings and services purchased or specified on behalf of a client. This pricing may vary depending upon the complexity of the project.
A budget is established from the start, and payments are made based on the estimated total budget.
The total expenditures are added up at the end of the project to be sure the designer has received the agreed upon percentage.
We charge a 10% markup over the wholesale/trade cost of an item (e.g. furniture, drapery, finishes, etc.). Includes sourcing, managing the ordering, logistics, troubleshooting, delivery and installation of the merchandise.
Any extra services not mentioned in our quote will be billed at $75/hour, after every 5 hours, until project is completed. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
